AENA PITCH
Dufry (Global travel retailer) was pitching to AENA with the submission to operate the duty-free retail shops at all 80(sic!) major airports in Spain. The goal was to create an appealing retail tender submission.

AENA is a state-owned company that manages general interest airports and heliports in Spain.
To simplify the submission we decided to divide all 80 airports into 3 groups (lotes) and use a unique 3-letter code (also commonly known as IATA code) used in aviation and also in logistics to identify an airport.
